Video game composition- Logic Pro x

Here as you can see i have drawn on a computer a sound wave which was then created on logic pro. This actually had a nice sound to it however i lost that. this was one of the very first things we did on logic pro and i think it was a good way to learn the basics of using logic and it was also a cool way of making a soundtrack for a game because it was an easy thing to do as all we did was draw the structure and try and recreate it on the keys on logic.

Here you can see i was using a pad to create different sounds. On a pad we experimented with different shapes of sound waves which were cool as a small change to the setting would give you a whole different sound i think using echo and reverb helped me a lot to create a dramatic piece. as i was messing around with the sounds i came up with something i liked but it was still missing something.

As you can see this is how it started off it was small and plain and needed a lot of things adding to it.

Here is the final piece before you listen take a look at the process it went through to sound like it does. please use headphones.

Here is how the tab looks like the bottom left in a square you can see the different shapes of how sound waves travel according to the depth and pitch of the sound. you can play around with them the box next to it in the middle created an echo and the distance it travelled so you could move it around where the circles are and play around with it. and the box on the right was where the reverb was controlled i think because thats where i was asking Eric what the closest sound to a violin be.
Here are the sounds i have used and named them to what i think was the perfect name to the sounds.
last but not least here is how it looked like once everything was put together i had to figure out which sound would follow after the other ended. i was also trying to kind of fade out the choir near towards the ending but that was challenging so i extended one note which i thought fit instead of the first part ending and jumping straight into a different kind of feeling so to keep that tension i elongated the note and i think it wouldnt have sounded the same if i did not make that small adjustment. The only thing im disappointed with is that i think its not long enough if i had more time i wouldve loved to expand this piece and make it sound a hundred times better.
