Amy Katherine Browning is a British artist and teacher who was born in 1881. She is known for her oil paintings which often included nature and landscapes. She was also known for being very productive with her work, creating large paintings for galleries instead of paintings for houses. She signed her painting as A.K. Browning so that anyone who looked at her work didn’t judge it on the bases that she is a woman.

Some of her works reminds me of some memories I have when I was younger, especially this one since it reminds me of summer and going the park near where I lived when I was a child. I remember going there and playing with the other kids and chasing each over around while our parents sat on the benches and talked.
