I then recorded the drum parts I wrote for the song then when I did that I cut any empty space that I didn&#8217;t play on to keep the sound clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image and a kind of brutal sounding distortion. I couldn&#8217;t get a good crunch sound using the fender champion 100 so I used a Marshall to record all my crunch rhythm and lead tracks which was better but I still wasn&#8217;t 100% happy with it but I didn&#8217;t have enough time to find something better.
