Trip Hazards:
Causes:
Cables, Misplaced Gear, People and Pedals.
Prevention:
Tape down cable or bundle them together in one spot away from Members
Move Gear out of the way and keep it out of the way of others on stage
Keep your distance from other band members to prevent tripping over each other and watch where you’re going
Keep an eye on where you are stepping to make sure you don’t trip over your effect pedals
Damage:
Minor to Medium

Crowd Control:
Causes:
Overcrowding, Lack of Security, Not many borders
Prevention:
Increase security to cover the stage
Decrease Ticket amount and/or get information about the Venue capacity
Increase amount of Borders for crowd control
Damage:
Minor to Major

Sound Control:
Causes:
Not checking Amps, Skipping Tests, no sound checks, no ear protection
Prevention:
Check Amps are at the right volume
Do not skip Decibel Tests
Always do Sound Checks
if its too loud, wear earplugs and recommend that Fans do too
Damage:
Minor to Major

Faulty Equipment:
Causes:
Not checking condition of Amps and Instruments, Not checking Wires or Cables, not doing checks lighting and/or visual screen
Prevention:
Triple check Equipment condition
Always check Cables or Wires for any kind of Damage, whether it be minor or major
Make sure to do several checks on Lighting and/or Visualisers if you’re using any

Weather:
Causes:
Storms, Floods, Tornados, Hot Weather
Prevention:
For storms, if you’re performing in one, make sure the severity isn’t too bad for you to not perform during one, if its too severe, do NOT perform under any circumstances and cancel or move the show to another date if needed.
If there is a flood, make sure the stage can be high up and away from the Flood and make sure that the crowd isn’t in the midst of the flood to ensure the least amount of damage or do not perform.
For Tornados, if one appears out of nowhere, Stop the show and get out of the way of it, if the Tornado isn’t moving, it is coming towards you.
And finally, Hot Weather, for this, Make sure there is Plenty of Drinks and food for everyone so then the chances of heat stroke are kept to a minimum and have AC or Fans on stage for the Band to be at a good temperature to play well, but if its too hot to perform, do not perform at all or wait until it has cooled down.

Drug Abuse:
Causes:
Not checking Fans and Band members for Drugs or Alcohol
Prevention:
Always have Staff and Security check Fans and Band Members for Drugs and/or Alcohol
Damage:
Medium to Fatal
