I will also rehearse and record live drums for this single.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>objectives :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Listen to some music <strong><em>(electronic)<\/em> <em>(drum n bass) (dubstep) (ambient)<\/em><\/strong> and get some inspiration. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Research specific musicians <em><strong>(Daft punk) (Aphex twin) (Skrillex) (The prodigy)<\/strong> <\/em>and techniques they&#8217;ve used to produce.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experiment with sounds specifically modular synth programs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create a bass line, a melody, and chords using the synthesisers.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Research break beats, and create a drum part.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Record the drums and experiment with them in Ableton. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mix the parts together, and create a structure. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mix the track and configure automation. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Master the track.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create cover art for the single. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Release onto Sound Cloud.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aim &#8211; To write and produce an electronic single using Ableton with accompanying artwork to be released on sound cloud.
