tripping – tripping could cause damage to yourself and equipment, this could be caused by loose wires or instruments. To prevent tripping loose wires could be taped to the floor of if necessary use light reflective tape.

hearing damage – sound above 85 – 90 db for more than 30 minutes could cause permanent hearing damage, to prevent this use of hearing defenders or ear plugs could reduce the sound you hear.

RSI – repetitive strain injury, this could be caused by playing your instrument for prolonged sessions over and over again, to prevent make sure to take short breaks every so often or not play as long or as much.

lifting heavy things – incorrect lifting of heavy items could cause irreversible back problems, so when lifting make sure to correctly lift objects with your knees and not your back.

crushing – crushing could cause death, to prevent unnecessary casualties lighting fixtures and rigs should be checked and be properly fixed so then don’t become loose and fall

risk of electrical shock – electrical shock can cause death, appliances should be electrically tested before use and equipment should be in working order, broken or loose wire could cause shock, if necessary electrical tape could be used to insure cables ore fully protected.
