For this project, I have chosen to do music simply because I love it! I like the way\u00a0music sounds and with a vocalist it can be very powerful to portray! My ideas for the\u00a0culture theme are to portray instruments used in music. How they are used and to\u00a0explain how an individual would play this instrument to convey their culture. I have\u00a0generated ideas mostly by planning such as a spider diagram and paragraphs talking\u00a0about music and how different cultures portray this. I have researched three artists\u00a0including: Andy Warhol, Andrea Lauren and Daniel Carver. My first chosen artist Warhol\u00a0stood out to me mainly because if his abstract art! I absolutely love the way he uses\u00a0bright\u00a0colours\u00a0to show his work! I am thinking about using abstract\u00a0colour\u00a0in future\u00a0work to get interesting results which may lead into my final piece. My second chosen\u00a0artist Andrea Lauren who is a Lino print artist uses fantastic techniques to get stunning\u00a0results! I want to try experiment using her style of art but with instruments to get good\u00a0results! Finally, I have researched my third artist called Daniel Carver. Carver specializes\u00a0in acrylic painting to get very sharp and good-looking results! I am looking to do some\u00a0acrylic work to get some extraordinary results and to add them to my Lino work that I\u00a0took inspiration from Lauren! In terms of other research, I want to go more in depth of\u00a0instruments. To go ahead and take this further because I feel like this is going to be\u00a0successful in terms of staying on a path which was a major downfall when it came down\u00a0to my last project. For the experimentation part for this project, I intend to use: Lino\u00a0printing, sketches, acrylic, photography and digital art. I do intend to test and\u00a0experiment with my ideas using photoshop, however I might add a variety of workshops\u00a0to test my ideas!
