As well as last week my research page wasn’t satisfactory so that needed improvement, as well as I, need to make sure I at least make a dent in both if not one song so I don’t fall behind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I need to apply the work I test at home to try and come up with a new part of the song in the bridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DAILY EVALUATION<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Monday – I continued to work through both songs adding detail after adding the chord progression on the first song I will need to do the same for the second song I will also be adding more detail and making the song sound more full in some areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wednesday – on Wednesday I began writing lyrics while still working on both songs and using my research I will try looking for songwriting techniques to help me improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thursday – I continued both lyrics and detailed both songs Ass well as this I will be adding drums and bass to both songs using the chord progression to find the correct notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n EVALUATION <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Strengths: Weaknesses: My first track Has been going well I have added some finer details to make the song sound a bit more full in the verse and chorus and I have successfully made a bassline and drum beat that fits and one I feel doesn’t sound overused or boring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n My second song has taken a backseat from the first one I knew this could happen but every chance I get at home or in college whether I am not working to fix my digital space or work on my first song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n My digital space work is still lacking and I feel I wont be able to writ good enough lyrics since I have no prior experience with writing lyrics and many singers are busy getting into there project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n JOURNAL<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n In Monday’s lesson, Two of my tutors tested positive for covid and we weren’t allowed in so I spent the day doing my research and finding new ideas for my song along with writing up what I did the week before and did a lot of correcting. Research has taken a lot of time with last week and now this week it has been hard trying to figure out how to lay them out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n On Tuesday it was my day off but I still had some unfinished work to complete so I did that. Along with trying to fix a lot of my DS work and I also went on Garage band and tested from beats and bass lines which after finding my chord progression was the next task. <\/p>\n\n\n\n On Wednesday I was supposed to have John but he has covid as well so we had to work from home I look for research in the online library and found some books to look through for help with production and songwriting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In Thursday’s lesson, I went to college after a week at home and decided to go to the studio and try to come up with something new but after an hour’s session, all I did was upgrade my bass line and add some melodies in quiet areas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" As well as last week my research page wasn’t satisfactory so that needed improvement, as well as I, need to make sure I at least make a dent in both if not one song so I don’t fall behind. . I added detailing to my tracks and added a drum loop and bass line.
. I also started to write lyrics for my tracks they aren’t good but it’s a start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
. It was a tough week and I didn’t manage to get enough work done not on digital space or in my tracks.
. I need to push myself to come in I have just been staying at home doing digital space work and not working on my track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
