For my final project, I came up with the idea of making a two-song EP with also a chance to get some collaborations with singers and songwriters which is a step up from last year’s final project when I just worked with a singer. I have already made both song’s foundations I know where I want to take my tracks.
My tracks will solely take a most of their influence from modern soul/R&B with a bit of EDM it will be the first time I make a song in this genre so most of it will be new to me but I accept the challenge as it is something I haven’t produced a song like that before so I am excited to try my hand and create it.
EDIT half way through (Easter Holiday 14/4/22)
With pressure from the time limit, I have changed my initial idea. I will now be doing one song in an Indie style.
My plan was very ambitious but one thing I didn’t plan was that nothing would go wrong with my written work or I get stuck and waste a couple of days but as it would happen my written work was lacking in some areas mainly in research and not a lot of details in evaluation so I got behind on my production work and I would have to change my main plan
