I didn’t show my song on the showcase because I didn’t feel it was good enough to be shown live so instead I wanted the grade and not the attention so I posted the song to youtube and sent the video to my tutor.
I presented the video to my tutors and released the song to youtube under unlisted as I didn’t feel the music finished right I think there was a problem when moving the bounced files over to be mastered a lot of the textures lost their reverb and other effects so, in the end, it sounded off. Another thing that could result in the reason is the thought of a crowded room of people would listen and I got nervous and thought critically which resulted in me messaging Nick about taking me out of the showcase.
The animation held its own well I am happy with the way it turned out, especially with the music, I think it adds more character to the song as a whole.
The only people who have the link to the video are Nick and anyone who follows the link through digital space.
