This song is about how he is stuck in a maze both psychologically and physically and feels he is stuck in the same pattern and trying to escape.

One of his lyrics “i’m tormented everyday” shows how he is being affected everyday and feels like he is running in a maze in his mind constantly. This shows that there is no escape from this maze as it feels like a nightmare which questions will he ever escape.

For this idea i will wake up in a building that i’m not familiar with and i will be lost and will feel like a i’m stuck in a maze and trying to escape but when i open doors and walk through i end up back in the same position which feels like i cant escape and tuck in this never ending maze. However i find a huge door which shows a exit sign and as i open the door i wake up from a dream. This allows me to use many cuts such as jump cuts and a match cut and a cross cut which tricks the audience as its all in my head.

Match Cutting A match cut is a cut from one shot to another where the composition is similar and matched by the action or scene. For example, if there is a fight between two people the shot may go from a long shot to a medium shot or a close shot to one of the fighters.
