Go Dig My Grave<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interesting use of instruments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I liked the use of medieval instruments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They also mixed acoustic with electronic which I found interesting as well<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The violinist plays his violin with out a bow and just plucks at it with his thumb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very unique performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All dressed in black except from the singer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Almost looks like they are wearing tunics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sat down for performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The song reminds me of traditional Celtic music <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Jockstrap - Concrete Over Water (Mercury Prize 2023)\" width=\"580\" height=\"326\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/syBlY23NUNE?list=PLlJ6mcpK7uj7N37ffDDxrmFR2b2NXDmyT\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; Concrete Over Water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sounds like something out of this world<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Almost intergalactic with the synths<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The pianist looks almost bored which might have been on purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The singer is the only one who is dressed for the occasion <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The pianist is just wearing a Givenchy T-shirt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The instrument goes from slow to hard-hitting and then calms down<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No crowed interaction again this might of been on purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Singer plays violin towards the end adding to the dynamic of the song <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a video of me and sam discussing some of the mercury prize nominees Jessie Ware &#8211;
