The first song that we will be playing is I’ll be missing you by Puff daddy. The song was originally played by The Police, Every breath you take.
This song is actually a tribute song for biggie.
To learn how to play the song I watched a lot of videos, mainly from Marty Music but he plays it in a different way which was hard for me because it involves a lot of hand stretching and playing arpeggios which are broken chords and that was very difficult for me.
Our second song is Gangsters Paradise by Coolio and the original song is Past time paradise by Stevie Wonder
The way I learned this song was from Nic teaching me how to play it, he showed me what chords to play and how to play the beginning where I’m muting the notes.
This is our third and final song.
The final song was going to be a song we chose as a band and we all agreed on zombie because its an easy song to play and it sticks out because its not a rap song.
For this song again I watched Marty Music and Nic teaching me how to play the song. This song was easy only because I played power chords and also a melody just before Kaitlyn starts to sing.
