Trip hazards – Messy cables on the floor, Cables need to be neatly organized and put in cable organizers
Fire hazard – This could be caused by electrical fire or people smoking,
to prevent this there has to be a smoking area and no smoking stickers placed in the venue. To prevent electrical fire make sure to check for faulty cables and replace them with new ones.
Weather – If the venue is outside it has to be on a day with good weather so that people can enjoy the performance also sometimes if there is too much wind it could knock down the venue and people on stage will get injured.
Overcrowded – some venues could get overcrowded with too many people also some venues oversell tickets which results in people getting injured.
Mosh pits – people getting injured and getting stamped on. During the Travis Scott Astroworld tour, a lot of crowd members were seriously injured some have even died during the moshpit from being stamped on.
Food and Drink – sometimes venues run out of food and drinks resulting in an angry crowd. also, people from the crowd throw cans at performers. for example, the band Nickelback was performing and one of the crowd members threw something at the lead singer resulting in him walking off stage.
