For my Final Project I Will be doing 2 things
1:I will be playing bass in a band with Clark(Lead Guitar), Isobel(Rhythm Guitar), Lacey(Vocals) and Franko(Drums).
The songs we agreed on will be in the style of Queens of the stone age,
Foo Fighters and Nirvana.
We have already each picked one song we want to perform and have made an instagram group with the setlist.
2: I will cover 1 popular 80’s song but I will turn it into a metal cover.
I still need to pick what song I want to cover. I was hoping to cover 2 songs but because I will be working in a band I won’t have enough time to record 2 songs.
I am going to play lead Guitar and bass also I will be woking with Lukass who will be helping me on Rhythm Guitar and Faye who will possibly play drums and vocals.
The main struggle here will be time management because I would have to practice and rehearse 5 songs with a band and have to some how manage to do my separate own project.
Another struggle will be relying on other band members to be in college in time to rehearse. Because with out a band member we can’t really rehearse and it will be difficult for the rest of the band members to stay in time with each other.
