The guitar that i will be using for the show is a Ibanez gio grg121bkf
Why I bought it.
I bought this guitar because I like the guitarist Herman Li and he uses a lot of Ibanez guitars and I wanted to have one one myself.
So I looked at video reviews of Ibanez guitars and which one is suitable for a student and the GIO series popped up quite often so I bought one.
Problems with guitar.
I didn’t notice anything with the guitar at first but when we were performing our mock rehearsal I plugged the guitar into the amp and there were some loud buzzing noises coming out from it so I had to swap out my guitar with a Dean guitar which I’m not a big fan of.
When I got home I looked at what could cause this problem and it turns out my guitar just had bad grounding. The wire that was under the guitars bridge didn’t have a good connection so I put some electrical tape under it so it had a better connection and that seems to have fixed my problem.
