DAW(Digital audio workstation) is a software application used to record,edit and produce audio.
A DAW is basically a physical recording studio where you can produce audio for a wide variety of mediums including, film, gaming, podcasting and music.
Most popular DAW’s are Ableton (my personal favorite) Logic pro and FL studio.
