During the editing process the problems that we encountered kept delaying us from finishing it on time.
The first problem we encountered was that some of the microphones weren’t turned on or the files got corrupted which made us use different takes or tweaking the settings in Adobe Premiere so that the person in the shot was heard.
The next problem occured when Aimee’s WiFi cutoff. This stopped us from accessing the internet and downloading sound effects and video effects to add into the show.
We carried on working on other things whilst we waited for the WiFi to turn back on.
During ADR we had to do multiple takes due to some of the voice actors saying the wrong line or messing up but we managed to get that done quickly as there wasn’t a lot of ADR needed.
Also another problem during the ADR wanted to add a small monitor into the recording booth so that the voice actors knew when to speak,
We tried multiple monitors that I.T had on hand, we even tried different adapters to connect a second monitor to the iMac.
In the end we managed to add a monitor into the recording booth by powering the monitor with its cable and a HDMI cable connected to an adapter connected to an iMac.
When writing the credits the automation was too short to add all the names so to fix his problem I ended up splicing the two clips together.
