Temporal Distortion 2

This is in the Key C major and uses the pattern of IV, V, vi, it’s within the time signature of 4/4 and has a tempo of 112. For section A, I had piano play solo for 8 bars, looping the same 4, before viola comes in and then violin 1. This allows a crescendo effect as your emotions get built up and the instruments build up too. Then, cello comes in to add emphasis and one last big launch of emotion before it fades to just piano and viola.

I started section B but it isn’t finished yet. My intentions are to make piano and violin, or possibly viola, play for 4 bars before cello and violin/viola come in, this was we have a lot of instruments playing at once but there’s always a new sound for your ear to listen to. Not only does this build emotion but it keeps your ears interested as they listen harder and uncover new sounds like the undertone of the cello.

I incorporated the C major pentatonic scale in section A for every instruments but the piano so it gave a different sound. I will also do this for section B because I like how it adds more depth to the composition.
