Demographic

Demographics are defined as the age, gender, race, and education of your ideal audience. When you think about your audience, what are their core demographic characteristics? Exploring demographics will allow you to identify key aims in your project to engage, inform or entertain your chosen audience for a more effective project.

Project Title: Inside Battle

Project Summary: Lesley has Dissociative identity disorder (DID), this she developed her disorder at the age of 9 when she went through a very traumatic experience, she only has 2 personalties inside her, ones the normal version which is her normal self and the other personalty that comes out whenever the normal person losing control over her life, the 2nd personalty comes out, the second personalty will do everything to gain that control over her life including doing dirty work such as murder. She lives alone and does not have any other relationships other then her coworkers. Inside Battle is a short film showing Lesleys fighting her second personaltie fighting.

Since my film is psychological my target audience is 18+ since psychological thrillers they feature a number of unsettling individuals who suffer from mental ailments. Violence and psychological difficulties are common elements in most thriller films. 
How will you engage / inform / entertain this demographic? Consider the elements of your media project which will be tailored to the chosen audience.How will you assess if your project is effective for the intended audience?
