Additional notes:
I could have used automation on the breakdown for when the bass comes in. I would have automated the volume of this bass, so it comes in quiet and gets louder. The reason I didn’t do this is because the bass is only in the verse for 4 bars, however, listening back to it, it would’ve sounded better if I did this.
I could have spent more time researching how to EQ the different instruments that I used, as even though I did use EQ, I could’ve used it on every instrument and to a higher quality.
I didn’t do any mastering on this track, and even though the levels are balanced enough, mastering it properly would have made it sound better.
