With project 4, I have learned a lot about me as a person and my strengths and weaknesses. In terms of musical ability, written work and as a person in general. I have figured out what I need to do to become better in all of these.
The most interesting thing for me was the personality test, as for me this highlighted me as a person, and the strengths and weaknesses were strangely accurate. This has hepled me figure out how as a person I can improve and becoming a better person. The skills audit has helped me realise how I need to improve in my skills, such as written work and musical ability. It also helped me figure out what I am good at and what I need to imrpove. Such as working better with peers and involving them in my work, instead of just relying on myself. Another thing, probably the most important thing for me is the presentation skills, as I am not confident at all in giving presentations. There are many other things but t me, they are two of the most important skills. The peer feedback also helped with this due to the fact I got somebody elses insight on how to improve these skills and not just mine.
All in all from this project I have learnt a lot about myself and what skills I need to improve upon. This will help me in preparation for project 5, so I know what I need to do to get the best grade possible.
