Me and Lucy are doing the program and front of the house. The program is kind of menu but its not food it shows you what bands are on, what songs are being performed and photos of the music students who are performing also title the event. The front house is greeting people, making them excited for the show also to check to see if they have bought the tickets, the others have provided. The desk will be just at the bottom of the stairs and if the posters don’t help people where to go they can also ask me because im in the middle.
The programs was finished and looked amazing and was on the side f the counter so it was easier to give out. They were A5 size and had the information they needed on it.
Last night I did the front of the house I was scanning people in and checking tickets. I greeted them with a big smile making them excited for the show after a while I ended up being of every where as the time went on, I was still at the front door at the same time telling people were to wait and were to get food and drinks. Giving programs out at the same time. I even cleaned a spilt drink that was in the cafe. There was a bit of trouble where people was getting lost so I had to show them where to go. Students didn’t end up doing there job that well so I was running around making sure the audience was happy but I had the help of Tia and Adam. Tia marked people down and as I was helping around she also gave out programs and Adam was scanning the door to let people through.
