Logic Pro!

We are working on logic today, making our own beat and mine is quite sad, depressed music because its easier to work with but when i get more happy with it i will do a pop song, but for now i’m doing this song and i’ve gone with something Adele would do because i like the beat of her songs there easy going.

This is the piano piece i’ve done for my verses:

This is the second piano part to my song and in this part it picks up the speed so then the chorus wont be as slow.

Im onto my second song which is a house party kinda and this is what i have so far , this is quite up beat and party like of music.

Song 1

Niall-the song had a good chord structure and good tempo could have more notes between the gaps or make the length of the notes longer to fill in the gaps, everything was in time and also had a tempo change with faster notes which sounded really cool. Had a good use of instruments but could have used more instruments and experiment more with different instruments.

Song 2

Niall-the song was really cool and had a good vibe with a nice 4 to the floor vibe like a disco thing vibe and was all in time and good instruments used. Try to add more tracks because it would sound better but overall is really good with a good structure.

I have added a piano sound that I am very happy with and also added a beat to it , now I’m just going to build the dress up to make it more exciting.

In there is the build up of the drums which makes it more interesting .

I have now added vocals which i am very proud of, now i just need to finish my lyrics and add a few more beats .

This is my final piece its not a-lot but i added vocals beat and a piano , it was very stressful but i am very proud of it. i wrote my own song to go with it and thats the part i was most proud of because i didn’t think i could write a song, it took me a while but i got there.

I have now uploaded it up to sound cloud but we made a few changes, we added trumpet and a bass to make it sound more full and exciting. The progress was very stressful, i didn’t know i could do half of the things i did so i am very proud of it.

Evaluation.

For this project i made my own song and at first it was very stressful i didn’t understand it but as time went on , i started to understand it more and i got more confutable, then i added a piano sound in c major because i understand them chords easier and i added trumpets ,a beat and vocals , it was strange at first i didn’t think it would work but it did and i very much liked it. I would do this project again because as i was learning things i was doing something i enjoy.
