So the picture above shows how i started and what I’ve done for the first time using Sibelius and what i have done is , i have used simple chords out of C major scale which is :I vi iii IV which is C Am Em F . For this being my first time i started with piano then went in with the bass then was starting to work into the viola.
In this one i was working on progressing it and making it sound better but what I’m going to change is for it to start with just piano then lead into the different instruments were working with then make it all come together and then lead out with a single instrument. I repeated the top section but added in the violin2.
This is my work from today i have made a massive improvement and now i need to work more on section b and mabey add an outro. i am very proud of myself.
Today i am going to try complete my work, i need to finish B and mabey an outro and intro depending how i feel on what i have done. I think doing section B is differently going to bring it all together and make it sound great.
This is what i have for part B at the moment and i am very proud of it. I have got to the end of my sibelius but i think i could improve so i`m going to try change it a bit more but this is what i have completed. I am very proud of what i have done.
What i need to change is the fact i have done 3 notes on the strings when they can only do one which i need to change the 3 notes into one note on the strings.
My last week i will be completing my task by adding an intro and outro and i will be able to send it through to logic and see what i want to change or add then i will be able to sync the video with my piece i have created.
Before the ending of section A and B i have added a repeat bar because it makes it add up to the time bar , that needed to add up to, then at the end of the repeat of section A it goes into section B and plays 2x before the last few notes that only play once to finish the notes.
I have created my temporal distortion, which i am very proud of i added dynamics to it, which gives it feelings and emotions to the song, and expresses it.

Niall- I really like the staccato beginning and the chord sequence i think they sound really nice and calming together, I like the overall structure of the song and the whole feel overall slowly getting louder and louder to a crescendo and dying back down. The section B changes the feel off the whole song with its 1-3 of the chord and the middle note played after makes it feel really smooth and nice to listen and the piano ending sounds really nice and finishes the song off really nicely.
Evaluation.
I created a theme tune for temporal distortion and i enjoyed it but it was hard and confusing at first but i got the hang of it. I wouldn’t do this project again because i didn’t enjoy it but i did learn things but its not something i wanted to do, i competed most of my targets for this project and i am proud with what i came up with.
