I wake and I\u2019m one person, and when I go to sleep I know for certain I\u2019m somebody else<\/em>&#8216;.&nbsp;&#8216;Adventurers creativity and down-to-earth attitude are invaluable in many areas, including their own personal growth&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strengths: I have is that I can work independently efficiently without help and that I can plan out the scenes for my shot advertisement. I can sometimes be extremely passionate about something if its exciting and interesting. I strength that I have that will help me in this project is being able to visualise and imagine how things should look and what process I should make what I visualise into a  real thing. This will help me when I plan out my project as it will be easier to create the project how I want it to be. I&#8217;m very good at managing my time as I&#8217;m able to complete projects in the time order I set them to be completed by with contingencies if needed. I&#8217;m very good at problem-solving so if something happens that did not go as plan I can easily fix it. I&#8217;m also able to look ideas in different perspectives for different outlooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Improvements: I&#8217;m too fiercely independent I don&#8217;t like to work in groups as they can distort how I see the final project to look like and that&#8217;s a bad attitude as working in a group can help me develop my ideas further with others opinions. I need to learn to ask for help from others to further develop my project. One improvement I need to work on is my flexibility in working with others when I or they are struggling with something. Another improvement I need to work on is my planning it needs to be detailed but I can change the plan and work around it if something goes wrong on the shot.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strengths and weaknesses of me\/personality through the website 16personalities.
