I did a survey of what genre of books people like and the trope they like in that type of book (See below). A popular book trope is enemies to lovers seen as romance is one of the most popular genres of books it makes sense the most popular trope is in this genre. The most generally hated trope is accidental pregnancy it tends to ruin the relationship and is often rushed leaving it feeling messy unsurprisingly this also a trope in the romance genre.

This is the list of tropes, a common concept used in books, within the different genres people liked.
Even though not everyone agrees there are a lot of rules that the majority of people believe are not acceptable and do not like people who break them. One of these is dog earing pages which is where the person folds the edge of the page to keep track of what page they are on this is widely considered unthinkable to most readers because we care a lot about our books so any damage to them is like… this also includes writing and drawing on them or stickers.
