In this workshop we had to draw using different techniques and elements to develop our skills. I learnt what the grid method was during this workshop and I adore the colourful parrot. The bright colours remind me of Kaffe Fassett work as he often uses bright colours in his work. Now I am going to do more research about his work and why he uses bright colours. This didn’t relate to my specialist practice so I linked it by drawing images that relate to my theme.
