This performance was to raise money for New Jersey due to Covid-19. SZA performed from home with the help of a guitarist. The performance was recorded live. The setting was very simple they used one guitar and a microphone. They also used a lot of different camera angles so the performance looks more professional. Another thing they did was that they combined two different videos together where another actress introduced the singer and asked people to donate for New Jersey. The singer used to do many live streams on her Instagram with other musicians like Lizzo, however, not all of them were musically related. In my opinion, this performance was very easy and simple to do and didn’t require a full band for it to sound good. I think that for our project we could do something similar to this as we can’t perform in front of people we can perform n 2’s or 3’s and create a small band.
