Taylor Swift is mostly known because of her songs about her ex’s mostly because of Harry Styles. One of the songs she wrote about him is called Style. “Style” details a tumultuous relationship between two people who keep coming back to each other. Swift seems to have taken inspiration from her romance with Harry Styles, even referencing some of his band’s music.

Taylor has been going through a lot she has been struggling with eating disorder. Ever since college she used to spend 45 minutes on the elliptical machine and also attend an exercise class. She never had a real meal and was living on food with the least amount of calories.

My body was societally acceptable, hewing the line of what a “desirable” white woman’s body should look like — which, by extension, meant that whatever I was doing to keep it that way was acceptable, too.’
Many artists and celebrities in general struggle with mental health because there are always people looking up to them and people constantly putting hate on them. What many singers do is write sings about it some songs aren’t that obvious but some are very straight forward.

Demi has been struggling for many years and she wrote many songs about her struggles . One of the songs that are about her struggles is the song ‘Skyscraper’ where she talks about self-harm and her eating disorder.

Demi has wrote a lot of songs about her mental health and what she has been struggling with. She wrote songs like ‘Sober which is about her drug and alcohol addiction. Another song she wrote was ‘Stone Cold which is very popular and it’s about her relationship with her dad. Demi has been on the screen ever since she was a child and she had a manager who didn’t let her eat what she wanted and that’s how she started to struggle with an eating disorder.
Many artists create their work based on what they are going through and each piece that they create has a meaning behind it. For example if you are listening to a song you don’t pay attention to the words as much as you pay attention to the melody and rhythm. However, when you know what the song is about or you just feel sad you listen to the words more and many people can relate to the songs that’s why most people listen to songs to help them get over something or just not to feel alone.

She has struggled with drug and alcohol addiction because of her boyfriend. He was in another relationship but he didn’t want to end it and the only way to over come this pain was for her to start drinking and taking drugs. She created a whole album about this.Songs like ‘back to black’ or ‘love is a loosing game’ are all about the relationship with the guy. The song rehab is about her drug and alcohol addiction.

As I know from my own knowledge Britney isn’t allowed to live her life freely because of her dad. He takes care of her social media and she has no right for her money and even her children. She has been struggling with this for years as her dad is trying to control her life and all her actions in life. Not so long ago I have seen a video about Britney finally speaking up and getting her freedom back. There are thousands of her fans who are trying to help her as she’s struggling with so much. She stopped making music for so long now. In February Netflix has released a documentary about her and her life. BBC news talk about how her ex Justin Timberlake also affected her life and how her father took over her whole career.
