I have been looking at areas I can improve on from my project 1. These are the areas I believe I can improve on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Context \u2013 for context I could include more details about the project e.g. what the project is, my aims and intentions for the project and more analysis of other artist\u2019s work which relates to the project. For project 2, I could evaluate a few electronically realised compositions, film music compositions and ensemble composition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Research \u2013 to develop my research I could do a little bit more of it, as well as using appropriate sources and making my references look a bit more professional. For project 2, I will make sure to document any research I have done (chord sheets, YouTube videos, songs I’ve listened to etc.) and link the sources of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Practical skills \u2013 to improve my practical skills for future projects\/performances I could try out more complex parts\/ideas.\u00a0For project 2, I should start developing my Ableton and Logic skills, as well as implementing everything I learn with Nic (Circle of Fifths etc.) into the songwriting part of the project. I will document these using videos, screenshots and audio files. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
What is Project 2?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Project 2 consists of three compositions; one electronic, one for a moving image (film) and some songwriting\/composition for a live performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Within project 2, I aim to create an electronically realised piece on Ableton, as well as some composition to a moving image on Logic Pro X and a piece of music that I can perform live (whether that be solo or as a band). <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I have been looking at areas I can improve on from my project 1.
