The aim for this project is ‘to co-ordinate a live musical performance, contributing towards the performance and management of the event. You must design, plan, promote and execute the event effectively.’<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My role for this project is event manager. The name I chose for the showcase is ‘Amplified’. To fulfil my role as event manager, I must plan meetings to discuss the development of the showcase, and assign jobs to my peers. I must also produce and effectively promote materials for the event, both within and around college, and on social media. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within this project, I have produced promotional content for the ‘Amplified’ event. Through creating an online ticket page, I encouraged others to reserve tickets, resulting in a sold out event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have had to carefully plan a live event to ensure it was successful and as professional as possible. I had to effectively communicate to my peers to make sure they are all aware of the agenda for each day\/week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alongside this, I have also had to work with my band to produce a live performance for the showcase. We had to plan rehearsals with a singer, as well as set up the stage and live sound for the performance. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
