interview Process
In order to start the process of teaching instrumental lessons, we were all invited for an interview at Common Space with Allstar. The interview was quite informal, including some typical questions such as “what would you say your strengths and weaknesses are?” and “what do you think are the most important qualities for this role?”. I do feel as though I was confident enough with most of my answers. However, I could’ve prepared a bit more and thought of some better scenarios events to respond with.
Both interviewers seemed quite impressed with a lot of my answers; I was able to refer to a situations/events in both college and in other activities (such as being a Camp Councellor in the US), making sure my answers were relevant to the questions.
