I have a foundation degree in Film and Media Production which I gained last year. I have the standard required GCSE\u2019s Maths and English grade 4+ and 3 others graded A-C. I also have an A Level equivalent level 3 extended diploma in Film and Media production. I have worked on 2 short films funded by Channel 4 as a part of their short form content fund. These films were \u2018Youthless\u2019 directed by Jordon Scott Kennedy and \u2018Sons and Daughters of Subculture\u2019 directed by Casey Shaw. These were produced under Jordon Scott Kennedy\u2019s production company, Idle Work Factory and his short film \u2018Youthless\u2019 has since been optioned for a Tv series by Rollem Productions. I have also worked on a film funded by Bradford Council for International Women\u2019s Day, also produced by Idle Work Factory. My speciality in filmmaking is post-production, specifically editing. I have been editing videos professionally for 2 years and have gained positive feedback from clients for whom I have produced videography and editing work. I am a very cooperative person and very easy to work with. I carry out instructions effectively and ensure tasks are completed to their set deadline.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being a perfectionist and having a keen eye for key detail, I feel I would fit perfectly within your amazing team. I am eager to gain experience in working in mainstream post-production processes for national television. I was mentored by Andrew Lurcuck, who is head of True North\u2019s post-production sector. He gave me very aiding advice on editing within the film industry and a goal to work within your amazing company.
