Kenneth Bruscia, Nordoff Robbins, Trevor Wishart&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special needs group \u2013 what is the point of your workshop for them, what will they get out of it, how long will the sessions last for, what will they cover and how does this relate to the participants needs\/requirements\/desires, research of their needs and research on these disabilities. Identification of participants needs\/requirements\/desires for the sessions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Songwriting \u2013 basics rhythm, harmony, melody, structure, lyrics. Decide on the participants needs and then relate this to the songwriting building blocks. Develop sessions that are fun, interesting and meet the requirements that you have identified.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carys 26<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0March\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Video for YouTube \u2013 iMovie production with DSLR footage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Video, think about how you will film it, what is the background like, does it look professional, what will you wear and how this sets a professional expectation (dependant on the audience, e.g. a suit and tie might not be suitable for a young audience). What kind of transitions you will use, the music examples you will use, visuals effects, visual examples of songwriting techniques, dialogue, the pace of session (too fast can\u2019t keep up, to slow, boring), clickbait, font. All these elements create an identity for you as a YouTuber, think about the YouTube channels you follow and how they present themselves, look for some up to date cool ones. For example, Bestdressed, Peter McKinnon, Casey Neistat and loads of others. Think about what their brand looks like and what yours should be like?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Audience \u2013 beginner \u2013 songwriter or inexperienced. How will you attract audience and what are their demographics?\u00a0\u00a0Think about what attracts you to YouTube videos, why do you pick the videos to watch? Is it the title, thumbnail, description, recommendation from YouTube, recommendations from friends?\u00a0\u00a0Once you understand your own reasons this will help you choose your promotion methods.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outcome \u2013 written own music, or song. This hasn\u2019t changed but the access to instruments will shape some of it.
