I did go for this job and got it. This has allowed me to gain experience working with clients and building my skills as a social media promoter. However I do not feel that the opportunity was totally worth it as after 3 months the bar closed down and the owner had not been easy to communicate with throughout the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200bWorking on QM Records in Bradford assisting in executing music events and music releases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working remotely, providing admin support for MOVES Festival, Bradford to take place in June 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also working on other music events in Bradford in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assisting in music releases (PR, Social Media, Playlisting), Events (Working closely with acts and venues).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liaising with current brand partners, venue partners, and community partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Researching and connecting with future partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essential skills, experience and qualifications<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking for an ambitious individual based in the Bradford area. No experience is needed,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

all training will be provided. This person must be a proactive person with good attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This candidate must be very good at multitasking and cool under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They must have good communication skills with both members of the team and external contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Must be extremely organised and not afraid to take initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They must be friendly and approachable and remain calm when faced with competing demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They should be able to deal with the ebbs and flows of the work patterns. They must be able to commit to work tasks, take ownership of their own work, but also be able to ask for help when it\u2019s needed,  and listen to and take direction. They must have an interest in working in music \/ creative industries. They must show sensitivity in working with vulnerable people and have a commitment to equality and inclusivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
