Tuesday 13th<\/sup> October\u00a0– Photo Shoot so both years can have pictures taken in the green house:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wednesday 14th<\/sup> October – Mock rehearsal in B41. On this week I would also like to go to BCB for promotion. I also want all promotional artwork to be completed by this week for distribution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1:30 – Millie and the floor gang
2:00 – day trip
2:30 – band 1
3:00 – notes
3:30 – umbrellas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuesday 20th<\/sup> and Wednesday 21st<\/sup> October – Tuesday AM (Rehearsals), Tuesday PM (Set up and rehearsal), Wednesday AM (Set Up) and Wednesday PM Recording and Filming of all bands and soloists in B25. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Year 2 – Arrive at 12:00 to get cameras and start setting up

Year 1 – Arrive at 1:30
Day Trip (go to B41 for sound check)
Numero Uno (go to Mac Suite) and complete written work
Millie and the Floor Gang (go to the live room and rehearse)
Swap rooms depending on when you’re being recorded and if you have been recorded you are free to go home.

Thursday 22nd October – Soloists being recorded by Lex from HE course and camera crew to show up to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Week commencing 2nd November – Finishing touches to be put on the stream. Videos to be edited and audio mixed. All promotion should be ready to go.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
