Me:
Hello and welcome to my digital space! I am Carys, a very passionate 16 year old musician. I play piano and sing. Singing has always been a hobby of mine, I can’t remember a time when I was performing for people. When I was little I used to make up songs and dances for my family or put them into plays made with my friends. Over the years this hobby has led to many amazing opportunities such as being involved in a performing arts school (Whiteley’s Academy of Performing Arts) and now, being on this course at Bradford College.
5 Pence:
Our band here at Bradford College is called 5 Pence. We are a 5 piece composed of a lead guitar (James), rhythm guitar (Kabeer), bass guitar (Tom), drum kit (Michael) and piano (me). As well as James, Kabeer and I on vocals.
We perform mostly rock music because that is a common genre that each member of the band enjoys listening to.
