Hello, my name is Carys Marshall. For my final project this year, I have decided to focus on doing something in the area of management. This will involve working with a multitude of people to create a successful online music event.
I chose to do this project because I am very interested in managing and I believe that when I first did something in this area during project one I was successful. This will be a good opportunity for me because I will be able to push myself but also improve my skills.
The three main targets I would like to set myself are:
- Organize a successful showcase of the work done by the entire course.
- Research using case studies to identify areas of improvement and success to apply to my project.
- Plan an effective schedule for each aspect of my project.
