for my fml i wanted to promote film and with that idea in mind and with the theme of incognito also on my mind i first came up with the plan on what i wanted to do and what i should do to be able to do it.
with the theme in my mind i first thought of making a costume that would fits the theme of incognito and i made the costume out of an old curtain to which i took picture of step i did in the design of the costume.
the image above are the materials that was used in making the costume.
with the dark cloth i use that for the cape and the hooded but with the white cloth i uses that for the scarf and the face mask.
in the first image i first added the a long cape to the mannequin
first I cut up the cloth of the curtain to a length that I liked and with the cloth i wrap it around the mannequin shoulder and the length reach around the mannequin halfway down it legs and i tied the cape up with a bit of fabric and at first I wanted to get reed of the ring on the curtain but after wares I decided to keep it as i though it look unique
next I forces on the hood while using the same materials
with the cloth i cut up from the curtain i uses it to wrap around the head of the mannequin to make as if the mannequin is wearing a hood and when i had the extra cloth i just wrap it around the neck of the mannequin
next with the white cloth i used it for the scarf as to cover up the brown cloth on the neck
the reason on why I did it was because I though the design would look better as the costume is not bright and it make it as seem as the hood and the cape is one item.
after I added the scarf I add a mask to the mannequin for the face cover.
with added the mask I though that the design of it would increase as if a person would were the costume it would add another level to the costume
final I add the blood mark to the white to make a seem as the mask was stain with blood to make the costume more spooky.
when i finish the costume i also research the location on wear to fill and the location i decide to chose is blackcarr wood and it work well with the costume.
