When we rehearsed we usually decided on the song we were feeling up for rehearsing on that occasion and learnt/structured it. in these two video’s of the same rehearsal we play through both our tracks, or try to should I say? We usually had quite a few creative differences and small arguments.
We were also meant to have regular meetings. This however didn’t happen. We had meetings but we never really stuck to the times planned. We sort of just met up and had a discussion whenever we felt we needed to.
The rehearsals were not very effective before Cain and Dan came in to help with the instrument playing. Nobody seemed to take it seriously enough, especially Bart. In fact, it was extremely frustrating. The only good thing that came of the rehearsals was that we actually managed to get the tracks to a performable standard.
When we had meetings we would discuss things such as potential changed to certain things like for example, the name of our original track. But in reality the meetings were actually just me and Veronica telling Bart what was going down. This is because a lot of the time he either didn’t do his job or he showed up late to lesson meaning me and Veronica would have to make decisions without his input.
Some of the meetings were productive however. For example, one of the first meetings we had we discussed what song we were going to cover. Another would be when we had to decide on band name or potential art work.
