Planning

  1. Sit with my group and brainstorm ideas for the workshop and plan activities based on the knowledge gained on workshops from our lessons with Lewis.
  2. Prepare material and equipment for the workshop planned.
  3. Practise workshop to learn the key things that I need to say and get across to the people attending the workshop, this will also help me control my nerves and be more confident standing in front of a group of people and talking.
  4. Do the workshop, using the material and practise I will have done, keeping in mind that I need to be careful with what I say, as to not offend anyone, and that some people may have special needs which may hold them back, etcetera.
  5. Evaluate and document all work I have done leading up to, and during, the workshop.
