  1. How do you feel this project went relatively well. I had better focus than I have had in previous projects and I think that I have developed my Performing skills further. I can confidently perform for auditions and actual performances alot more more confidently that I did during the auditions for Project 2 and the actual performances. I feel that even though I have felt more encouraged during project 4 I still have a lot more room for improvement in certain areas.
  2. What skills do you feel you have developed throughout this project? I think that I have developed my skills to be able to deliver under pressure, I think that I have developed my skills in being able to learn lines quickly and use improvisation. I have improved my confidence to perform in front of others and my characterisation skills ( body language and facial expressions).
  3. What were your key strengths in project 4? I think that my key strengths were having good projection during my acting and singing auditions and having good leads hip skills in the fact that I tried to lead by example and even when I had members of my group missing I thought rationally and asked other members of other groups to either work with them if they were missing a member or we worked in a bigger group taking it in turns to play the character we were playing.
  4. What were the weaknesses in project 4? I think that my weaknesses were losing my focus and getting distracted instead of staying on task when I could have used this time to practice more and have a better audition.
  5. How effectively did you manage the overall process? I think that I managed the overall process somewhat effectively and I am pleased with how my auditions went and I feel that I did OK.
  6. Can you discuss any key research sources which have supported your process? I have been watching the series once Upon a time that our auditions were based off of and I also researched into a few different fairy tales/ Peter Pan to support my character references.
  7. How effectively did you apply the research? I think that I applied my research reasonably well and portrayed this in my performance.
  8. What have you learnt from this project which you will take forward on to the next step of your own personal development? I have learnt how important it is to come prepared to Auditions and have focus during rehearsals as your overall performance can impact the results you gain from the audition process in regards to getting role in the show. I can take the knowledge and skills I have learnt from this project into the real world not only for potential future Auditions but also into general job interviews not connected to the Performing arts industry.
  9. What have you learnt about the topic of Auditions? I have learnt how tough real life Auditions can be, I have learnt how to make an acting cv and cover letter and also the necessary things you might need for an audition or to prepare for a audition. I have learnt the importance of giving 100% into rehearsing for an audition especially if your audition is part of a multiple group.
  10. What can you do now that you couldn’t do when you started the course? I can confidently preform in front of a crowd and sing in front of others. I know how to block a script and scenes within it.
  11. Why is learning this important? Learning this is important so that in future performances I can confidently perform whatever role it is I have with confidence it also relevant for real life situations in which it can enable me to be more conifers. It is also important to know how to block scenes in order to be able to not pnly set out scene directions etc. but to also use my imagination and create interesting and watchable performances.
  12. If you were to do the project again what would you do differently? I would pay attention more during rehearsals and focus more, ensure that I do my Reflections everyday as to not fall behind with them and focus more on the dance side of things.
  13. How will you effectively apply this within your next project? I will try to give 100% of my attention all of time and remain focused during rehearsals. I will keep on top of my course work do my Reflections each day and start my research immediately. I will remain focused during dance rehearsals and try to improve my personal dancing skills.
  14. Did you enjoy the rehearsal process? It was quite stressful due to various different reasons that led to complications and having to do a lot of problem solving in order to work around the complications however overall I enjoyed it somewhat.
