- The Location we chose for the performance was The Henry Mitchell Hall (Bradford College/Old Building) we chose this location, as it would not cost us anything to use the venue, therefore our event would be as profitable as possible. It also meant that there would be no travel costs getting there and back from the venue as well as being able to practice in the venue beforehand
- The date we chose for the performance was 17/10/2017. We chose this date, as it would give us enough time to fully prepare for the event.
- The time we chose to open doors on the evening was 6:30pm. We chose this time as it would give enough time for the 3 acts to perform without it running too late within the evening, it would also give us enough time to make sure that everything was prepared during the day before the event.
- The target audience we chose for the performance was: Students and staff at the college, parents/carers from the 3 bands performing and in general younger people in Bradford aged 24 and younger.

We chose this name as it fully represented what we was doing for the first project, as we were doing it as Bradford College Music students and we were presenting a Charity Gig. We used this specifically for branding/promotion of the event therefore it was presented on the various social media platforms that we created.
