Budget:

We wanted to ensure that the Charity Gig would be as profitable as possible therefore we tried to spend as little as possible on refreshments, the venue, promotion and photography.

We also hoped that we would raise at least £250 as this meant that if we were selling 50 adult tickets for £5 each we would raise at least £250, however we did not take into consideration the child tickets we were hoping to sell, as well as the suggested donation we also promoted, therefore many paid less than £5 for one ticket. We also did not sell as many refreshments as we were hoping for, therefore a lot of this was wasted.

I created a budget list showing how much income we had and how much outcome we had. This meant that we had an idea of how much we were going to raise. However for future gigs i will ensure to take into consideration all of the ticket prices to give a better average of how much we will raise.
